Leadership Lafayette offers the Community Leadership Program.

Since 1982 through the Community Leadership Program, Leadership Lafayette has prepared individuals to become active in volunteer service and community leadership.

The Leadership Lafayette program emphasize experiential learning in the class sessions and through individual and group projects.
