The Career Leadership Academy is designed to engage employees in the development of leadership skills specifically for application in their businesses and careers. This course is intended for individuals who are emerging leaders in their businesses. Participants should be employees who are expected to develop and lead projects within their organizations and are empowered by their organizations to lead change. Employers must agree to and support the employee's participation in the Academy. |
